Kerastea factory, Aspropyrgos, greece
Our team has undertaken the design and construction of the Kerastea’s Sugar Packaging Factory in Aspropyrgos, Greece. The project included the design of the technical drawings for the industrial packaging machines used, the electrical and pneumatic supply, construction works according to ISO 15378 standards, and in accordance with the European Standards. It also included the implementation of the machines the testing and preparation for full operation, along with future development plans. The design of the Kerastea’s Logo, and location and operational on-site signs were also taken up and met the standards with satisfaction.

Torothea & Cosmopolis, Chalkidiki, Greece
Two of the oldest projects of our company, namely Torothea and Cosmopolis, located 2 km from Potidea Bridge at Chalkidiki, are multiple luxury house complexes, that within their amenities include balconies, gardens, BBQ-grills, private beach, individual parking spaces, sea view terraces, ACs, fireplaces, individual central heatings, and swimming pools. Our company in the late 90s and early 00s designed, built, and sold over 40 luxury sea-side villas that are closer than 100 meters from the sea on a hill about 40m above sea level.
Hotel Renovation

In the heart of Copenhagen, Denmark, our company participated in the renovation, rebuilding, and interior design of the Hotel Sanders Copenhagen. Girousis business solutions, through its subsidiary “Eurocon Group Ltd.” recruited specialized technicians and workers from Greece and transferred them to the working site at Denmark were they applied their expert technical knowledge, demolishing, clearing rubble, and installing flooring, drywall, electrical and water supplies, and sewage systems. In later stages of the renovation, our team assembled and installed sanitary appliances and furniture. Our company provided housing, food, insurance, health coverage, and organized recreational activities for all the members of our team creating a pleasant working environment.

Asterias Villas, Chalkidiki, Greece
The most luxurious real-estate and construction project of Girousis Business Solutions is Asterias Villas, in Chalkidiki, Greece. The 5 sea-side villas, set over 200 m², are located only 25 meters from the crystal clear waters of the Toroneos Gulf, and include living rooms, built-in electrical appliances, and ACs, and several bedrooms including master suites with en-suite bathrooms in each villa’s first floor. Asterias Villas are also equipped with dining areas, terraces with lounge area, over 1000m² of lawn, barbecue facilities, multiple parking spaces for each villa, fireplaces, and individual central heating systems. Within the villas 2 independent exterior staff/guest houses exist to further support the operation of the villas.

The Scandic Hvidrove, part of the biggest Nordic hotel operator, Scandic, located only 8 km for Copenhagen’s city centre, was renovated by our company’s subsidiary “Eurocon Group Ltd.”, in 2012. Our team of specialized technicians installed flooring, drywall, electrical and water supplies, while they were also in charge of implementing casings, sub-casings, frames, sub-frames, door and window frames. The team was recruited in Greece and trained according to the European and Danish construction standards in order to ensure excellent work. Our company provided housing, food, insurance, health coverage, and organized recreational activities for all the members of our team creating a pleasant working environment.

Kastri, Agios Athanasios, Greece
One minor but rather interesting project of our company is the Kastri chalet in Agios Athanasios, mountain Voras, Greece. Our company has created, inside the small mountain village of Agios Athanasios, 1,200 meters above sea level, the perfect winter destination by combining the benefits of a mini house and the luxury of high quality and tailor-made chalet. The furniture, the areas of the house, and the appliances of Kastri have all special dimensions in order to fit in the 60m² chalet while ensuring for the perfect comfort and luxury. The design and aesthetics of Kastri demonstrate the adaptability of our company in creating different styles of houses with a unique identity and character.
